Context
The Infatuation is a NY-based restaurant recommendation website and messaging service with hubs in an array of cities in the US and UK. They are most known for publishing restaurant reviews and guides, and as the creators of the hashtag #EEEEEATS. Their brand personality is fun, irreverent, and into food. They say they’re “for anyone who is serious about food but doesn’t take food too seriously.”
Objective
Make a website with a lot of information feel cohesive, energetic, and digestible. Leading with compelling imagery, high color contrast, and clear hierarchy of visual elements – while maintaining existing brand personality – this redesign elevates the user experience on the web platform to increase new users, elevate brand presence, and drive overall engagement.
